How to pray the chaplet:
Begin at the crucifix with the Sign of the Cross and tell St. Dymphna your intentions.
On the first white bead, pray an Our Father, and on the second white bead, pray a Hail Mary for the Pope’s intentions. On each of the fifteen remaining beads, pray a Glory Be.
Each bead is in honor of St. Dymphna’s fifteen years of life. On the red beads, honor her martyrdom. On the clear, honor her virginity. On the green, pray for the relief of emotional disorders.
End with this prayer:
Lord, our God, you graciously chose St. Dymphna as patroness of those afflicted with mental and emotional illnesses. She is an inspiration and a symbol of charity to all who ask for her intercession. Please grant, Lord, through the prayers of this pure youthful martyr, consolation and healing to all who suffer such trials, and especially for [mention your request]
I beg you, Lord, to hear the prayers of St. Dymphna on my behalf. Grant me patience in suffering and acceptance of Your Divine Will. Please fill my heart with hope, and grant me the relief and strength I so much desire. I ask this through Christ our Lord who suffered agony in the garden.

I will refund your money within 30 days of sale (minus the shipping cost). The product must be returned to me (at the buyers costs) before I refund your money.
